Account data: owner and staff names, emails, phone numbers, outlet details, and payment references.

Operational data: menus, orders, inventory, loyalty, finance records, attachments (e.g., payment proofs).

Technical data: device identifiers, browser type, IP address, log timestamps, cookies, and analytics events.

No IP-based access controls are currently enforced; IP data is used for diagnostics and threat detection only.

• Generate invoices and handle subscription billing.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and customer support.
• Improve features, security, and performance.
• Send operational communications. Marketing emails require consent and include opt-out links.

We share data with trusted processors (Google Cloud/Firebase, payment gateways, messaging and analytics providers) strictly to deliver the service.

We do not sell personal data. If required by law or to protect legal rights, we may disclose information to authorities.

Data may be processed in Google Cloud regions outside your country. Where required, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards are applied.

Account and operational data are retained while your subscription is active.

After termination, data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except where law requires longer retention. Backup copies may persist up to 60 additional days.

We apply encryption in transit, role-based access, audit logging, and least-privilege access for staff.

Customers should implement their own device, network, and IP filtering controls as IP security is not enforced by Leycra.

Use dashboard tools to export data, manage staff, and update outlet information.

Essential cookies support authentication and session management. Analytics cookies measure product usage. Marketing cookies are only used with consent where required.

Leycra is intended for business users and not directed at children under 16. If we learn we collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We will post updates to this Policy with a revised date and, for material changes, notify owners via email or dashboard alerts.
