Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Leycra restaurant and café management platform. By creating an owner account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.

1. Overview

Leycra provides cloud-based tools for managing outlets, menus, orders, finance, and franchise workflows for restaurants and cafés.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company. Future changes will be communicated in advance; continued use means you accept them.

2. Accounts & Security

The owner account acts as the primary controller of cafés/outlets. You must supply accurate information and keep credentials secure.

Owner teams are responsible for inviting staff and defining their roles. Notify Leycra promptly if you suspect credential compromise.

3. Use of the Service

You may use Leycra solely for business operations that comply with applicable laws.

You must not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform, nor upload unlawful or infringing materials.

Network and device level controls (including IP address restrictions) are currently not enforced by Leycra. Please apply your own device-security policies before granting access.

4. Subscription, Billing & Payment

Plans are billed per outlet per month. Each new subscription includes a 7-day free trial unless otherwise stated.

Invoices are issued after each month of usage (post-paid). Payment is due upon receipt; Leycra does not apply late-payment penalties, but may pause access for non-payment.

Prices are published in regional currencies. If your region is not listed, charges default to USD.

5. Customer Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of menus, orders, staff records, and other customer data. Leycra processes this data to provide and improve the service.

6. Intellectual Property

Leycra owns all platform software, interfaces, documentation, and branding.

You grant Leycra a limited licence to display your name and logo for product listings, case studies, or sales collateral, unless you opt out by emailing support.

7. Third-Party Services

The platform relies on third parties such as Google Cloud/Firebase, payment gateways, messaging providers, and analytics tools. Their respective terms also apply.

8. Termination & Suspension

You may cancel at any time via the master subscription settings. Leycra may suspend accounts for material breach or unpaid invoices.

Upon termination, you may export data within 30 days. Backup archives may persist for an additional 60 days before secure deletion.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those mandated by law.

Leycra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Jakarta.
